Amora De Swardt

Violine

Amora de Swardt ist in Kapstadt, Südafrika geboren, und fängt mit der Violinunterricht beim Noel Travis an als sie acht Jahre alt war.

Sie studierte an der Universität Kapstadt und absolvierte in 1984 als Bachelor of Music. 1985-1988 war sie engagiert im Opernorchester in Kapstadt(CAPAB).

Sie übersiedelt in 1988 nach Wien wo sie ihre Violinstudium an der Konservatorium der Stadt Wien fortsetzen. Sie ist frei-schaffende Geigerin in Wien und arbeitet in vielen verschiedenen Orchester, wie Schloss Schönbrunn Orchester, RSO-Wien, das Wiener Mozart Orchester, das Volksoper Symphonie Orchester und das Strauss Festival Orchester.

Seit 2000 ist sie Konzertmeister in der Neue Oper Wien.
