Ihre gesangliche Laufbahn begann im Alter von neun Jahren bei den Schubert Sängerknaben in Wien mit welchen sie 2006 die Möglichkeit bekam, am Salzburger Landestheater den Ersten Knaben (Mozart: Die Zauberflöte) zu verkörpern.

Ihren Bachelor absolvierte sie mit Auszeichnung an der Anton Bruckner Universität in Linz. Seit Oktober 2014 ist Jenifer Lary im Master-Studium für musikdramatische Gestaltung an der Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst (MDW). Jenifer Lary ist Preisträgerin des Nico Dostal Gesangswettbewerbs 2016. Im Rahmen der Pramtaler Sommeroperette verkörperte sie 2014 die Rolle der Hortense (Heuberger: Der Opernball) und das Annamirl (Fall: Der fidele Bauer).

Im Musiktheater Linz war Jenifer Lary u.a. als Stasi (Kálmán: Die Csárdásfürstin) und als Sand- und Taumännchen (Humperdinck: Hänsel und Gretel) zu sehen. Im Schlosstheater Schönbrunn verkörperte Jenifer Lary die Rolle der Zerlina (Mozart: Don Giovanni) und der Gretel (Humperdinck: Hänsel und Gretel).
