Die in Wien lebende Geigerin Johanna Sulzgruber absolvierte ihr Konzertfach-Studium am Joseph-Haydn-Konservatorium Eisenstadt.

Orchestererfahrung sammelte sie zunächst beim Wiener Jeunesse Orchester und als Konzertmeisterin des Konservatorium-Orchesters Eisenstadt.

Von 2009 bis 2017 war Johanna Sulzgruber Mitglied des Franz Lehár-Orchesters.

Since 2015, she has been a permanent substitute at the Stadttheater Baden.

Weitere Zusammenarbeit verbindet die Geigerin mit Ensembles wie den Vienna Strings, dem Ambassade Orchester Wien und dem Ballorchester Steubl.

Im Rahmen mehrerer Orchester- und Operntourneen war sie unter anderem in Japan und China, den Arabischen Emiraten und in Südamerika zu Gast.
