Die in Wien aufgewachsene Sopranistin absolvierte ihr Sologesangsstudium an der „Konservatorium Wien Privatuniversität“ (MUK).

Seit ihrem Debüt 2007 gastierte die Sopranistin an Häusern wie Wiener Volksoper, Theater an der Wien, Neue Oper Wien, Landestheater Linz, Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz in München und Luzerner Theater.

Zu ihrem Repertoire zählen Partien wie Donna Anna (Mozart: Don Giovanni), Pamina und 1.Dame (Mozart: Die Zauberflöte), Lauretta (Puccini: Gianni Schicchi), Gretel (Humperdinck: Hänsel und Gretel), Ninetta (Rossini: Diebische Elster), sowie auch Divenrollen wie Sylva Varescu (Kalman: Die Csardasfürstin) oder Hansi (Stolz: Die Frühjahrsparade).

Neben Opernproduktionen widmet sich Simona Eisinger auch ihrer Tätigkeit als Konzertsängerin. Sie gastierte bereits in namhaften Konzertsälen wie dem Goldenen Saal des Wiener Musikvereines, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Philharmonie Gasteig in München, Konserthuset in Stockholm, DR Koncerthuset in Kopenhagen, Musiikkitalo in Helsinki, Santory Hall und Opera City Hall in Tokyo.

Seit 2018 hegt sie eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem österreichischen Komponisten Guntolf Palten (*1927), dessen gesamtes Liedschaffen sie seit 2018 exklusiv als Erstinterpretin für das Label Preiser Records auf CDs aufgenommen hat.
